Cheyenne Little League is built on volunteerism. Our League simply doesn’t exist without YOU.

Volunteer Roles for Teams
Team Manager- in charge of running team practice, creating game lineup and batting order; should be knowledgeable of division and league rules; communicating with team about schedules; may have to umpire for competitive divisions; may volunteer in Snack Shack. For Spring season, Team Managers should plan on attending District 4's Rules Clinic. Please join our

Assistant Coach- helps team manager run practices and games; may have to umpire for competitive divisions; may volunteer in Snack Shack. For Spring season, Team Managers should plan on attending District 4's Rules Clinic. Please join our

Team Parent- helps with team communication; in charge of distributing jerseys to team; helps create team silent auction basket for opening day; creates snack schedule for team; coordinates coverage for Snack Shack shifts for the team. Please join our

Volunteer Roles for the League
Board Member- helps to organize the Fall, Spring, and Summer All Stars seasons for Cheyenne Little League. Ensures that Little League International rules are followed. Terms for Board members are one calendar year, from October 15th to the following October 15th. Various Board member positions are available for volunteers. Please check out more information on specific positions here.Committee Member- Committees are created by the Board of Directors for specific purposes. Most committee positions are of a limited time duration, typically two months. The Vice President of the Board will oversee the committee, but any active member of Cheyenne Little League is welcome to apply to be a committee member.
Concession Stand Attendant- helps to staff the Snack Shack during Cheyenne Little League games. There are typically two trainings prior to the start of games to help volunteers get acquainted with the operations of the Snack Shack. Volunteers as young as 16 may apply.
